Unique week

Well last weeks was great!!!!! I love the things I did. Ok, so let me think..... Monday! I had a competition day at weightlifting for nationals. I wasn't that good but that is fine. Well I actually think I didn't get any P.R.s last week but whatever. I did a lot of swimming cause I can't do fun stuff till Friday ( nationals) because I can't get hurt or tired . But wait there's more...... I have to wake up early. Whoop whoop. I have to cause I need to get use to waking up early cause I weigh in at 7:00 AM!!! Waking up early is my worse nightmare. Grrrrrrrr...... So Tuesday was my day off! I love days off! Well sometimes, I get bored easily. Now for Wednesday, I had a sleepover with one of my friends Katie so no training. Wait no, before I got My friend, I had training with coach C. It felt like practice was forever!!! But it was only a hour practice. Haha. Ok my favorite day of the week...... I WENT TO WALDO'S BEACH!!!!!! I love that place I went on a rope swing and the blob it was awesome!!!!!!!!!!! Then I ate like crap for the rest of the day. Oh well who cares. I don't. So Friday, I had weightlifting in the MORNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I forgot what I did so let's skip to Saturday. SATURDAY WAS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Well and good. But still, so I went to volleyball camp that was fine but then my friend wanted to go home from my house. Sad face.:( then my dad made it up to me and let me go to the movies! I watched mosters university it was good but I did go with my friend Ashley and we went to the arcade part after the movie and Ashley had 20 dollars in quarters cause we give the change thingy a 20$ bill! So then we did photo booth my first time I did it!!!!!! Now today oh my, i did so good at practice now i know my openers for nationals yay. i cant wait!!!!!!So there you have it my whole week but remember I am typing this while my hair dye is drying. Of course for nationals oh yes.;)

Introducing Me!

     Hi, I'm Emma and let me tell you a little bit about myself. Well, my favorite color is any neon color except yellow, my favorite animal has to be a panda, favorite food hmmm.... that is a tough one, but it could be Italian but my mom makes me eat paleo. Okay, you know some of the basics, so lets get to the exciting stuff!!! The sport I do is weightlifting and my awesome coach, Chris Bullard  trains me to do my best. My P.R.s ( personal record) for weightlifting for now  is..... clean & jerk:35 kg and snatch:26 kg. when I was like 7 or 8yrs. old I started to practice with Chris and then my P.R.s were clean & jerk: 18kg and snatch: 11kg. So i improved a lot with this sport, I was doing weightlifting in a crossfit gym, and that didn't help me succeed with this.  Coach C did.

   
    So now you know stuff about me, so this is what I did this week, okay here we go, I really don't have anything to say but for Father's Day we went to Lake In The Pines, a big lake with a tall diving board that I jumped off like a million times but whatever, it was awesome!!!

   So back to training, I've been doing 100 crunches a day and sprints. Got to get ready for nationals somehow. I can't wait to see my best friend, Caiyln who now lives in freak'n Kansas because her dad is in the army.  Yay:) Nationals is in Missouri. I lifted a couple times last week but not as much as usual.  My mom was at her competition and then my dad and her went on vacation.   Nationals is in 2 weeks!!!  Wish me luck on my competition even though its in two weeks, its just nice to hear.:)  I'm pandalover48 on Instagram, check it out :)Thank you.
