National Champion

     

        So here I am on the podium standing proud being the winner of the age group of 11 and under. Okay, sorry I haven't talked in a while it's just that I was in Missouri and Kansas pus all day on a plane. I just needed to tell you that cause I couldn't wait to say it and oh Happy 4th of July! Now let's get into detail, well I woke up at like 4 in the morning! Cause I had to go to the airport so I could go to nationals of course. So we're waiting and waiting gone though security and the " check your baggage" thing and everything. So still waiting while I'm listening to my music, then I see chris walking by. He is on the same flight as me and my mom. How nice of him... he sits next to me and we all wait and wait and eat Nathans hot dogs.  Then we finally get called to go on the plane. So I'm on the plane next to my mom and close to Chris sort of but whatever. 

          2 hours later.......

Off the plane and my phone is almost dead worried that I can't play it for the next flight from Atlanta to Missouri, but at least I got my iPad yay! Ok so we get on the next flight to Missouri and another 2 hours later cause the time changed we got off. So now for the fun part, I get to see my so called couisen Caiyln for a week and she also gets to watch me compete. So a short drive to the hotel and ready to go to sleep from the long day we all had.

     
   I woke up at five and I was ready to go to compete, well sort of I was tired just a little but I woke up after a while. My mom let me have coffee. We were a little early so we went to Starbucks yum... Now we're there pumped up I had to weigh in and I was so close to being in a different weight class 34.8 kg that was a close one. I had to roll out my back so I could be stretched out and I kept warming up. So I was being introduced and it kinda seemed like I was the only one who was being happy and silly but whatever I'm very special heehee.;) I have fun being a weightlifter.

   Now Its competition time, so I'm like last cause I'm close to the 39k weight class. For my opener, pretty simple and I rocked it. Well I think I did. It was 22k that was fun. Now I'm waiting for my next turn it was 24k. But now it gets exciting my match P.R. Yay!!! 26k fun! Okay, for clean and jerk was even better!!!! My opener was 28 then 32 but then I went head to head with a older 13 year old girl. I had to make a P.R. SO I WENT FOR IT! 

I made a huge PR!!!!! I still missed beating her by one kilo But for 11 and under I did WIN!!! So I got a silver medal and gold medal!!!!!!! Back stage was pretty intense for me Chris was getting on my nerves sometimes like coaches do, people nagging, weights rattling and stuff.  But during competition me and Chris were a great team like always!!!

 He's the best!!

But at the end I was sad I didn't win  the whole thing for 13 and under and I came in second. Then they told me I won 11 and under!!!! I even got a T Shirt! After that I went to my " couisens" house and even rode a bull and went surfing.
